Based in Buxton, Derbyshire, Sigma 6 are your complete engineering, maintenance and installation solution provider.
The engineering workshops of Sigma 6 were established in 1940’s to service the site for mechanical engineering requirements. Since then, it has operated under various ownerships from ICI, Buxton Lime Industries, Anglo America, Lafarge and Tarmac. The engineering workshops were moved to a new facility within Tunstead Quarry in 2005 to continue with its operation, later in 2017 becomming independently owned.
In 2020 Sigma 6 WRS Ltd continues to service the Quarry and external nationwide clients as their complete mechanical engineering solutions provider. Sigma 6 have design and detailed drawing capabilities with 3D modelling software. Take a look at our Services to view our range of solutions…
